A belated Easter

Easter came and went so quickly that I never had the chance to bake up a special treat to celebrate. But I didn't let it stop me. ;) These were so much fun to make. I started with a simple chocolate cake box mix, and topped them off with a mocha or almond butter cream, and then a final touch of British mini eggs. (the best part if you ask me.)
