A trip to the farmers market









I always love when our weekly trip to the farmer's market comes around. Everywhere I turn, a frenzy of bright and beautiful colours jump out at me. I love loading up the cart with all sorts of fruits and vegetables, and sometimes trying something new and mysterious. Although I'm still a die hard chocolate lover, there's something about fresh food from the farmers market that all the chocolate in the world can't beat.


This is what we turned our veggies into.... 


A delicious meal of roasted potatoes, onions, and carrots! So yummy!

    Great photos of the farmer's market! You're lucky to have one close to you. I only know one near me but it is only in the summer, I believe. I would love to visit more farmers markets to support our local farmers and meet more people in my community!

    I LOVE markets of all kinds, farmers markets are great and it's nice to buy fresh produce direct from the grower.

    Oh man I am soo jealous. I've only been to a farmer's market once, Jean Talon over in Montreal. It's soo rare to see vegetables in all their natural glory, I love the colours too
